National Lacrosse League Betting Picks: 2025 NLL Week 11 Best Bets

Week 11 in the National Lacrosse League features a six-game Saturday slate, and I have bets for four of the games. Last week, we went 4-2 for +3.44 units, bringing our 2025-26 NLL best bets record to 26-22 for +5.44 units (ROI +11.74%). Let’s dive into where I think the biggest edges are in NLL Week 11.

Note: The odds presented below are those at the time when Hutton sends his picks out on the Action App and are subject to change.

The Roughnecks take on the Black Bears in Ottawa and the total for this game is the highest of the weekend at 24.5. Each team has allowed 29+ goals through their last two games, but this feels like an overreaction to me.

With the exception of a 19-goal beatdown by Georgia and their two games against Saskatchewan, the Roughnecks have played solid defensively. The Black Bears boast a balanced offense, but I expect Calgary to be able to keep an Ottawa offense averaging just 11.6 goals per game in check. Meanwhile, the Ottawa defense has also had plenty of strong defensive performances and their 17-10 loss to Toronto last week was more a product of uncharacteristically weak goaltending by Zach Higgins and a Rock offense that is starting to really find its groove. If Ottawa can stay out of the penalty box, they should have success against a Calgary offense that doesn’t move the ball as well as recent opponents Vancouver or Toronto do.

I don’t expect this to be a defensive slugfest throughout, but I would be surprised to see 25 or more goals scored in this game. Trust goaltenders Zach Higgins and Aden Walsh to bounce back and bet this game to stay Under 24.5 at -115 on BetMGM, FanDuel or TheScore.

Pick: Under 24.5

Oshawa FireWolves at Toronto Rock

Oshawa Moneyline/Spread+150 / +1.5
Toronto Moneyline/Spread-190 / -1.5
Total22.5

The Oshawa FireWolves face the Toronto Rock in a battle of Ontario for the second time this season. When these teams last faced in Week 1, Oshawa came away with an 8-7 victory. However, I’m expecting a higher-scoring game this time around.

The FireWolves’ last five games have gone over the total of 22.5, and they’re allowing an average of 14.2 goals per game during that span. The offense has done its part, scoring an average of 12.8 goals per game. While they’ll face a very good Toronto defense, I expect them to be able to have success against backup Rock netminder Troy Holowchuk.

A bet on the over is just as much a bet on this Rock offense, which came alive last weekend in their 17-10 win over Ottawa. Their ball movement was sharp, and the unit finally seems to have enough chemistry to consistently score goals. While their last meeting was a slugfest, I trust both offenses to get to double digits this time around and expect this game to go over the total. Bet Over 22.5 at -110 on bet365.

Pick: Over 22.5

Las Vegas Desert Dogs at Georgia Swarm

Las Vegas Moneyline/Spread+115 / +1.5
Georgia Moneyline/Spread-140 / -1.5
Total23.5

Odds via BetMGM

The Las Vegas Desert Dogs travel to Georgia to face the Swarm with both teams looking to extend multi-game win streaks. The battle will feature Georgia’s top-ranked defense against Las Vegas’ vaunted offense. The total is set at 23.5, but I think that’s a tad high considering the matchup.

Georgia has now allowed an average of just 6.7 goals per game in their last seven games and none of their opponents have scored more than nine goals. The offenses that they’ve played have been very talented too, proving that this defense is the real deal. Meanwhile, the Desert Dogs offense, while extremely prolific, lost forward Chase Fraser to a lowerbody injury last week. They might be able to keep this game close still, considering Georgia’s offense hasn’t been as productive, but I expect the defenses to prevail in this game.

Bet this matchup to stay Under 23.5 at +100 on bet365 or -102 on BetMGM.

Pick: Under 23.5

Rochester Knighthawks at Vancouver Warriors

Rochester Moneyline/Spread+122 / +1.5
Vancouver Moneyline/Spread-150 / -1.5
Total21.5

The Vancouver Warriors face the Rochester Knighthawks for the second straight week, this time with the Warriors favored and at home. We cashed in on Vancouver’s 16-6 win, but the story of the game was Rochester goaltender Rylan Hartley’s big hit on Steph Charbonneau that resulted in Hartley being ejected and eventually suspended for a game.

At the time of this article, there is still no word on whether Hartley will play as he awaits the result of his appeal. However, I still expect Vancouver to come away with a win regardless if Hartley or backup Riley Hutchcraft plays.

I’d be surprised if the Knighthawks fail to score more than six goals for the second straight week, but they’ll have to score a lot to keep up with a Vancouver offense that picked Rochester apart last weekend. The Knighthawks defense racked up 12 penalties, allowing five power play goals, but they also struggled in settled five-on-five situations as well. Even if they end up playing much more disciplined (which is unlikely considering how much tempers flared last week) and Hartley does start, I still think the Warriors can win by multiple goals.

Vancouver’s defense deserves a lot of credit for disrupting Rochester’s usually crisp ball movement and limiting their second-chance opportunities. I trust Vancouver to get another W over Rochester on Saturday night and recommend betting the Vancouver Warriors -1.5 at +100 on bet365, BetMGM, DraftKings or FanDuel.

Pick: Vancouver Warriors -1.5
