National Lacrosse League Betting Picks: 2025 NLL Week 7 Saturday Best Bets

Week 7 in the National Lacrosse League continues with three more Saturday matchups, and we have player props on a U.S. sportsbook for the first time this season. I have six bets for two of the Saturday games. Let’s take a look at the total and five goals props I’m targeting on Saturday.

Note: The odds presented below are those at the time when Hutton sends his picks out on the Action App and are subject to change.

Buffalo Bandits at Rochester Knighthawks

Made the mistake of taking under 25.5 in Rochester’s first game of the weekend (Michael Sowers being activated by the Wings didn’t help either). The Knighthawks offense ended up taking 78 shots in a 16-13 win. I’m not ready to make that mistake again on Saturday.

The Knighthawks are averaging 14.75 per game and haven’t scored less than 13 so far this season. Not only does Rochester boast one of the prolific offenses in the NLL, but their defense has struggled to limit opposing offenses. Rylan Hartley had two strong outings to start the season, but both him and backup Riley Hutchcraft have allowed 31 combined goals in the last two games. They’ll be without defender Ryland Rees again and Josh Mederios and Dan Coates are also out for Saturday’s game.

Meanwhile, they’re facing an equally lethal Bandits offense that is missing defenders Mitch de Snoo and Zack Belter. All this sets up a great opportunity to bet Over 23.5 at -106 on BetRivers.

I also have three player props for this matchup. The Knighthawks duo of Connor Fields and Ryan Smith have each scored at least two goals in 20 of their last 23 games, including their last 14. Even with both players’ goals props juiced to the over, the line of 1.5 is a goal too low. Bet Connor Fields Over 1.5 Goals at -188 and Ryan Smith Over 1.5 Goals at -163 on bet365.

As for the Bandits, Dhane Smith has had similar success finding the back of the net. He’s scored multiple goals in 22 of his last 28 games, including nine straight dating back to last season. Bet Dhane Smith Over 1.5 Goals at -110 on bet365.

Picks: Over 23.5, Connor Fields Over 1.5 Goals, Ryan Smith Over 1.5 Goals, Dhane Smith Over 1.5 Goals

HALIFAX THUNDERBIRDS at Oshawa FireWolves

Halifax Moneyline/Spread-120 / -1.5
Oshawa Moneyline/Spread-110 / +1.5

There weren’t a ton of goals in the last meeting between Halifax and Oshawa, with the Thunderbirds holding the FireWolves to a record-tying two goals. I expect both offenses to have more success this time around, but am playing two player props in this one.

Clarke Petterson has scored multiple goals in 15 of his last 26 games, making his odds to go over 1.5 goals at +150 a great number. Bet Clarke Petterson Over 1.5 Goals at +150 on bet365. His teammate Dawson Theede has been even more consistent, scoring at least two goals in 18 of his last 20 games. Bet Dawson Theede Over 1.5 Goals at +100 on bet365.

Picks: Clarke Petterson Over 1.5 Goals, Dawson Theede Over 1.5 Goals

2025-26 NLL Season Best Bets: 13-12 for +0.925 units (ROI +3.82%)
All bets are to win 1 unit or more (i.e. 1.2 units at -120, 1 unit at +120) unless otherwise specified.
