2026 Women’s Lacrosse League Championship Series Round Robin Picks and Predictions

The 2026 Women’s Lacrosse League Championship Series continues this weekend with its final two round robin games before the eliminationon rounds. Much like the Premier Lacrosse League Championship Series, the California team currently ranks at the top of the standings, as the Califonria Palms boast a +16 score differential heading into their game with the New York Charging. Let’s look at my best bets for the remainder of the series.

2026 WLL Championship Series Futures & Game best Bets

The California Palms have looked like the best team and while I think New York has upset potential, there is a high probability that California earns a bye and advances to the final, even if they lose on Thursday. They’ve got arguably the best goaltender in the league in Taylor Moreno, elite weapons on offense, and play at a pace that teams haven’t been able to match.

Ultimately, I think there is value still in betting California to win it all at their current odds and recommend betting the California Palms to win the 2026 WLL Championship Series at -145 on bet365 or -150 at most other sportsbooks.

The California Palms face the New York Charging on Thursday. I actually think that the Charging pose the biggest threat to the Palms, but its -5 score differential puts them at risk of being eliminated entirely if they lose big to California and Boston defeats Maryland in a close game. So, I’ll pass on betting a side in this game, but expect it to be close.

New York lost to Maryland, 18-12, but the Charging was on short rest and the Charm scored on a lot of second-chance opportunities. So, I expect them to be buttoned-up on defense and better on groundballs now that they have fresh legs. This game will feature two of the best goaltenders in the league: the aforementioned Moreno and New York’s Madison
Doucette. Both are saving more than 49% of shots and together are averaging 13.5 scores against. While California likes to push in transition, I think a fresh Charging team will prioritize stopping fast break opportunities.

Expect this game to be lower-scoring and bet Under 32.5 at -115 on DraftKings.

Pick: Under 32.5

Maryland Charm vs. Boston Guard

Maryland Moneyline/Spread-125 / -1.5
Boston Moneyline/Spread-105 / +1.5

The Boston Guard take on the Maryland Charm in what is an elimination game for Boston and very well could be for the Charm as well. I like Boston’s chances of getting a win. They’ll also have to overcome their -8 score differential, but in terms of this game, I like this matchup for the Guard.

Maryland scored on a lot of second-chance opportunities and flukey plays in their win over a tired New York. Then, California nearly doubled up the Charm in a 20-11 loss. Maryland has certainly improved from last season, but Boston has the offensive firepower to win this game outright. Maryland’s Caylee Waters and Boston’s Rachel Hall are both saving 45% of the shots they’ve faced, so ultimately, I give the Guard the slight edge thanks to its Charlotte North-led offense. Bet the Boston Guard moneyline at +100 on DraftKings.

Pick: Boston Guard ML

All bets are to win 1 unit or more (i.e. 1.2 units at -120, 1 unit at +120) unless otherwise specified.
