National Lacrosse League Betting Picks: 2025 NLL Week 10 Saturday Best Bets

We started Week 10 off cashing Rush -1.5 on Friday night and we have five more games on Saturday. I have best bets in four of the games. Let’s take a look at the total and three sides that I like to wrap up Week 10.

Note: The odds presented below are those at the time when Hutton sends his picks out on the Action App and are subject to change.

Georgia Swarm at Halifax Thunderbirds

Halifax Moneyline/Spread-170 / -1.5

The Georgia Swarm travels to Nova Scotia to face the Halifax Thunderbirds. Georgia has won three of its last four games, while Halifax has lost four of its last five. The Thunderbirds’ offense has struggled to score more than nine goals in each of their four losses and it won’t get any easier facing the best defense in the NLL. Led by goalie Brett Dobson, Georgia has allowed just 7.9 goals per game, including 6.6 goals in its last six games.

Halifax’s offense has been streaky and without forward Dawson Theede, who they traded to Oshawa last week, I don’t expect any massive improvement. The Thunderbirds are often very lazy getting off the floor, which has led to a high amount of transition opportunities for opposing teams. The Swarm are a team that can make you pay in transition and I wouldn’t be surprised to see them bury more than a few fast break goals.

Ultimately, I believe the wrong team is favored in this game and love the value on Georgia as an underdog. Bet the Georgia Swarm moneyline at +135 on bet365.

Pick: Georgia Swarm ML

Vancouver Warriors at Rochester Knighthawks

Vancouver Moneyline/Spread+124 / +1.5
Rochester Moneyline/Spread-160 / -1.5

The Vancouver Warriors face the Rochester Knighthawks on Saturday night, with Rochester favored at home. While the Warriors haven’t looked like the world beaters many expected, they’re still one of the strongest teams defensively, and I expect the offense to continue to increase its production. I think this game should be priced closer to a pick ’em, and am very surprised that you can get Vancouver moneyline at +124 on DraftKings or +122 on bet365.

As excellent as Rochester’s offense has looked this season, the defense has been very inconsistent. We also saw how they fared against a strong defense like Toronto’s and Vancouver’s defense is even better. I expect this game to be tightly contested and think Vancouver matches up well against Rochester. Last year, we saw similar rosters face in the NLL playoffs, and Vancouver came away with a 15-10 victory. I wouldn’t be surprised if we saw a similar result. Bet the Vancouver Warriors moneyline at +124 on DraftKings.

Pick: Vancouver Warriors ML

Buffalo Bandits at Colorado Mammoth

Buffalo Moneyline/Spread-130 / -1.5
Colorado Moneyline/Spread+110 / +1.5

We get a classic NLL matchup in the form of the Buffalo Bandits and Colorado Mammoth in Denver on Saturday. Despite being the three-time defending champions, Buffalo is just 3-3 and looking to snap a three-game losing streak. The last time the Bandits lost three consecutive games was on March 1, 2024. Meanwhile, Colorado has been one of the hottest teams in the league, winning four straight games with new additions Andrew Kew and Jack Hannah both leading the way.

To me, this isn’t just a classic matchup, but a classic “buy low, sell high” spot. I’m not buying the demise of the Bandits just yet. Buffalo has lost their three games this season by a combined five goals. They’re also welcoming Zack Belter and Matt Spanger back on defense. Colorado’s four wins have been impressive, but I’m not sure they can replicate their recent success as easily against Buffalo. Rochester and Oshawa have both struggled defensively and allowed Colorado to get to the soft areas of the floor, which is something the Bandits will make much tougher. Meanwhile, Colorado’s wins over Georgia and Halifax were due in large part to phenomenal games by netminder Dillon Ward, who stopped more than 88% of the shots he faced in both of those wins. We’ve certainly seen Ward have some incredible performances against Buffalo, but I don’t expect it to be as easy.

Ultimately, I expect Buffalo to be able to win and cover on the road. Bet to win a half unit on the Buffalo Bandits moneyline at -130 on bet365 or BetMGM and a half unit on Buffalo Bandits -1.5 at +110 on BetMGM, Caesars, FanDuel and TheScore.

Picks: Buffalo Bandits ML (0.65 unit), Buffalo Bandits -1.5 (0.5 unit)

Oshawa FireWolves at Las Vegas Desert Dogs

Oshawa Moneyline/Spread+118 / +1.5
Las Vegas Moneyline/Spread-144 / -1.5
Total23.5
TimeSaturday · 10 p.m. ET

Odds via FanDuel

The Oshawa FireWolves vs. Las Vegas Desert Dogs features the highest total of the weekend at 23.5. Yet, it’s certainly high for a reason.

Of the 14 games featuring these teams, eight have gone over 23.5, including seven of the eight most recent. Oshawa’s defense has really struggled, often allowing opposing offenses to pick them apart via simple exchanges and one-on-one matchups and have not protected the middle of the floor well as of late. They’ve allowed an average of 13.75 goals against in their last four games, which resulted in the dismissal of long-time defensive coach Darryl Gibson this week. The new-look Desert Dogs offense has been excellent this season, coincidentally averaging 13.75 goals per game in their last four, and should be able to have similar success against Oshawa.

The Las Vegas defense hasn’t been much better, allowing 13.5 goals per game in their last four. The Desert Dogs have gotten inconsistent goaltending once again this season and the FireWolves should be able to capitalize. I expect this game to be high-scoring and even with the total at 23.5, expect it to go well over. Bet Over 23.5 at -115 on BetMGM, DraftKings, FanDuel or TheScore.

Pick: Over 23.5

2025-26 NLL Season Best Bets: 23-20 for +3 units (ROI +7.14%)
All bets are to win 1 unit or more (i.e. 1.2 units at -120, 1 unit at +120) unless otherwise specified.
