National Lacrosse League Betting Picks: 2025 NLL Week 13 Best Bets

Week 13 in the National Lacrosse League features a very light slate, with only four games. However, all four are in different viewing windows, with two on Friday night, one on Saturday, and one on Sunday. Let’s take a look at my best bets for three of the NLL Week 13 games.

Note: The odds presented below are those at the time when Hutton sends his picks out on the Action App and are subject to change.

Buffalo Bandits at Vancouver Warriors

Buffalo Moneyline/Spread-105 / -1.5

The Bandits travel to Vancouver to face the Warriors, and I think the sportsbooks are still trying to figure out how to price Buffalo. Despite ending a four-game losing streak, the Bandits have struggled to put together a complete game this season and haven’t beaten a team with a winning record since Week 1.

Meanwhile, Vancouver has come alive on offense, and the defense remains formidable. Vancouver beat Buffalo last year during the regular season, and while they lost both playoff meetings, I think this revamped Vancouver team has enough talent to not just win, but also cover the 1.5-point spread.

Vancouver has been the bane of my betting existence this season, winning but failing to cover as a favorite when I bet them on the spread and losing, but covering as an underdog when I bet them on the moneyline. So, while I expect them to cover, we’re going to bet a unit on Vancouver Warriors on the moneyline at -113 on BetRivers and a half unit on Vancouver Warriors -1.5 at +135 on DraftKings.

Picks: Vancouver Warriors ML, Vancouver Warriors -1.5 (0.5 unit)

Halifax Thunderbirds at San Diego Seals

Halifax Moneyline/Spread-105 / +1.5
San Diego Moneyline/Spread+125 / -1.5

Odds via bet365

The Halifax Thunderbirds travel to San Diego to take on the Seals in what I expect to be a close game. I think the Thunderbirds have a good chance at snapping a four-game losing streak, but prefer to play a couple of player props instead of betting them as slight underdogs.

Cody Jamieson has scored multiple goals in half of his games since the start of the 2024-25 NLL season, recording at least two goals in 14 of his last 28 games. Currently, bet365 is offering odds of +225, and those are great odds given this sample size. Bet Cody Jamieson Over 1.5 Goals at +225.

I expect Clarke Petterson to have a big night. We’ve already cashed in on a Petterson goals prop twice this season and he has had two or more goals in 18 of his last 30 games. I expect the Thunderbirds righty to have another solid game as a goal scorer and recommend betting Clarke Petterson Over 1.5 Goals at +125 on bet365.

Picks: Cody Jamieson Over 1.5 Goals, Clarke Petterson Over 1.5 Goals

Saskatchewan Rush at Philadelphia Wings

Saskatchewan Moneyline/Spread-225 / -1.5
Philadelphia Moneyline/Spread+175 / +1.5
Total20.5

Odds via The Score Bet

The 2-7 Philadelphia Wings host the 9-1 Saskatchewan Rush on Sunday. The Rush are heavily favored and even favored by 2.5 points on some sportsbooks. I expect the Rush to come away with a win, but Philly has been competitive in nearly every game this season, and I don’t think this is the spot to bet them on the spread.

Instead, I’m expecting this Rush offense to put up a ton of points and think the Wings could help push this very low total over. It opened at 20.5 on FanDuel, bet365, and TheScore Bet and is still at that number on the latter two sportsbooks. Rush goaltender Frank Scigliano has been prone to giving up outside shots and the Wings have some sharpshooters. Saskatchewan has also allowed a lot of transition chances and while that’s an area Scigliano has been solid at stopping, I think Philly’s offense will be able to do their part to push this total over.

On the other end, the Philadelphia defense has allowed the third-most goals against (11.9 goals per game) in the league and is facing a Rush offense that has scored a league-best 12.9 goals per game. I think this total should be a few goals higher and recommend betting Over 20.5 at -120 on bet365 or -125 on TheScore Bet.

Pick: Over 20.5

2025-26 NLL Season Best Bets: 32-28 for +6.04 units (+9.9% ROI)
All bets are to win 1 unit or more (i.e. 1.2 units at -120, 1 unit at +120) unless otherwise specified.
