A busy weekend in the National Lacrosse League starts with a standalone Friday matchup between the Colorado Mammoth and Las Vegas Desert Dogs. This week, we’re getting plenty of player props on bet365, and I have a bet on one player’s goals prop for this game.

The Colorado Mammoth and Las Vegas Desert Dogs have both been much more competitive this season thanks to some offseason additions. I think Las Vegas will play Colorado tight, but I don’t see much value on the spread. Instead, I’d rather bet one of the Desert Dogs forwards’ goals prop.
Chris Cloutier is one of those aforementioned offseason acquisitions and is currently second on the team in goals. His goals prop is currently 1.5, which may seem normal considering he’s only scored multiple goals in four of eight games as a member of Las Vegas and 11 of his last 26 games, but the odds are way off on this line. Even if you look at the larger sample size, which includes his 18 games with Buffalo last season, his odds to go over 1.5 goals should be closer to the +100 to +140 range. Currently, bet365 is offering odds of +240 for Cloutier to score two or more goals.
With righty forward Chase Fraser likely out of the lineup after suffering a lower-body injury last weekend, the left side of Cloutier and Mitch Jones will be relied upon more than usual. As good as Colorado’s defense has played, I think the Las Vegas lefty will have plenty of chances to score and recommend betting Chris Cloutier Over 1.5 Goals at +240 on bet365.
