The final week in the National Lacrosse League regular season continues with seven games on Saturday. I have picks for three of those games, including bets on an underdog, favorite and total. Let’s take a look at my best bets for NLL Week 21.

It’s win and you’re in for the Ottawa Black Bears and Halifax Thunderbirds. Halifax hosts what is essentially an early playoff game for both teams, with both needing a win to make it into the postseason. The Thunderbirds are favored at home, but I like the Black Bears to get the win on Saturday.
The fact that Halifax has a chance to make it into the playoffs is pretty remarkable considering they’ve been without both Randy Staats and Thomas Hoggarth for a large portion of the season and traded Dawson Theede and Tyson Bell away. Casey Wilson was a great add via the Bell trade, but Warren Hill deserves most of the credit for where this team is right now. Yet, I think the magic runs out against a very good Ottawa team.
The Black Bears followed up a four-game winning streak with a four-game losing streak, but they’ve played some tough competition. Their last three losses were to playoff teams in Toronto, Georgia and Vancouver. The offense has stalled as of late, but Ottawa’s defense has played very well in its last five games and is facing a Halifax offense that ranks fourth-worst in goals per game. Ultimately, I trust Ottawa’s defense and think Jeff Teat and Co. will be able to be productive enough to get an outright win and the franchise’s first playoff berth.
Bet Ottawa Black Bears moneyline at +105 on BetRivers, BetMGM or TheScore Bet.

When these teams last faced, Toronto upset Saskatchewan in a game that was closer than the final score of 13-9 indicates. I’m expecting another tight contest, so rather than bet a side, I’ll be targeting the total of 21.5.
Despite only 22 total goals being scored in the last matchup, these offenses were humming. Both teams generated quality scoring chances and there were a handful of shots that hit iron. Both goalies made some clutch saves as well, with Nick Rose stopping more than 82% of the shots he faced. Both defenses have been solid this year, but I think we’ll see a higher scoring game for round two.
There’s too much offensive firepower and both defenses were soft in the interior when they last faced. Even if both defenses are better in close, both Toronto and Saskatchewan have plenty of sharpshooters who can score from range, an area that Frank Scigliano tends to struggle defending.
Bet this game to go Over 21.5 at -105 on BetRivers, BetMGM, FanDuel, or TheScore Bet.
Pick: Over 21.5

The Vancouver Warriors host the Philadelphia Wings in what could be Philly’s final game as this current iteration of the franchise. The Wings got an impressive win at home last weekend, but I’m not expecting the same amount of success against the Warriors.
Philly will be without seven players, including starters Brennan O’Neill and Eric Fannell, who were added to the injury report this week. Meanwhile, Vancouver is nearly 100% healthy and has a chance to secure the top seed in the playoffs. Vancouver is simply better than Philadelphia in every facet, and while the Warriors have struggled to cover as favorites, I trust them to do so on Saturday night. Bet to win a full unit on Vancouver Warriors -1.5 at -150 on BetRivers and a half unit on Vancouver Warriors -2.5 at +105 on Caesars.
Picks: Vancouver Warriors -1.5, Vancouver Warriors -2.5 (0.5 unit)
2025-26 NLL Season Best Bets: 64-54 for +13.6 units (ROI +11.4%)
All bets are to win 1 unit or more (i.e. 1.2 units at -120, 1 unit at +120) unless otherwise specified.
